Refund policy

DELIVERY POLICY:

The courier will try to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Ensure you are reachable and available to receive the order during these attempts. Any postponement, address change, or failure to pick up the order will count as an attempt.
Please be aware that you cannot open the shipment in the courier's presence. For any exchanges please receive your order then contact us through our instagram account or email us “societytherue@gmail.com”

EXCHANGE / REFUND

• Exchange notice period is 24 hours from delivery.
  We do not offer returns.
• You may check your order with the courier upon delivery, but trying items is not allowed at the door.
  All orders are handed over sealed.
• Trying-on service (optional):
  If you wish to try the item on the spot, an extra fee of 200 EGP applies.
  • This fee must be paid in advance.
  • If you decide to keep the item, the 200 EGP is fully redeemable and deducted from your order.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received:
  unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
  Receipt or proof of purchase is required for exchange eligibility.
• Exchange is available for size and Model or design exchanges are not accepted.
• Please contact us immediately if you need to request an exchange.
• Exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer.
• Kindly allow 7–10 working days for the exchange process, subject to stock availability.
  The process starts once the team is notified and the exchange is confirmed.

• مدة طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام.
  لا نوفر سياسة استرجاع.
• يمكنك فحص الطلب مع المندوب عند الاستلام، ولكن لا يُسمح بالتجربة أمام المندوب.
  جميع الطلبات تُسلَّم مغلقة.
• خدمة التجربة (اختيارية):
  في حال الرغبة في تجربة القطعة وقت الاستلام، يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية قدرها 200 جنيه مصري.
  • تُدفع هذه الرسوم مسبقًا.
  • في حال الاحتفاظ بالقطعة، يتم خصم الـ 200 جنيه بالكامل من قيمة الطلب.
• يجب أن تكون القطعة في نفس حالتها الأصلية عند الاستلام:
  غير مستخدمة أو مُرتداة، مع التيكت والعبوة الأصلية.
  يشترط إرفاق الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء لإتمام الاستبدال.
• الاستبدال متاح للمقاس و نقبل استبدال الموديل أو التصميم.
• يرجى التواصل معنا فورًا في حال الرغبة في الاستبدال.
• رسوم الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال يتحملها العميل.
• يرجى الانتظار من 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل لإتمام عملية الاستبدال، وذلك حسب توافر المخزون.
  تبدأ عملية الاستبدال من تاريخ إخطار الفريق وتأكيد الطلب.
